Are all products identical if they're handmade?
All of our scrunchies are handmade. While we use the same fabric print each piece is unique and will vary slightly from the photos shown on our website.
How should I care for my scrunchie?
We recommend gentle hand washing in cool water and allowing it to air dry naturally to maintain its shape and finish.
What materials do you use?
Our scrunchies are made using recycled satin (rPET), printed with eco-friendly inks, and finished with durable 6mm UK-manufactured elastic for a stronger, longer-lasting hold.
Will scrunchies damage or crease my hair?
The smooth satin fabric helps reduce friction and minimise creasing compared to standard hair ties, making them gentle enough for everyday wear.
Are your scrunchies suitable for all hair types?
Yes. Our scrunchies are designed to provide a secure yet comfortable hold for fine, thick, curly, and straight hair.

Yes — they’re designed to stay in place through busy days, gym sessions, and outdoor adventures.
Shipping, Delivery & Returns
How long does delivery take?
All of our items are handmade. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days before dispatch. UK delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on destination.
Can I return my order?
Yes. In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
What if my item is faulty?
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us at support@peakpony.com. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your statutory rights.
